Damage/Breakage Policy: We pack our goods with exceptional care and we use the good quality of Packaging materials so that you receive the goods intact. However if you find any product as damaged then it will your responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Any intimation after 48 Hours will NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED
You may return us the damaged goods and we will replace it.
How to send the Returns? You must take approval from one of our support team who will guide you how and where to send return.
Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defectiveproduct within 48 hours of delivery. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, there shall be no liability of bybosky.com to replace the order
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packagingalong with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should bestrongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
- The returned goods are subject to verification andchecks from bybosky.com team to judge the legitimacy of the complaint
- We will process the refund after receipt of the product by bybosky.com
- Refundwill be processed based on the mode of payment of the order
- Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 workingdays
- For COD payments, we will send a refundcheque
